Processing Time

All orders are processed once payment has been successfully received and verified.

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Orders paid will only be processed once payment reflects and/or proof of payment has been confirmed.

Pre-Orders

For pre-order items, processing and dispatched from 21 February 2026  once stock becomes available. 

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship orders via trusted third-party courier services.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier selection.

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the courier and destination.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared where available.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

We are not liable for parcels delayed, lost, or damaged by the courier once the order has been handed over. However, we will assist in communicating with the courier where possible.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence so we can assess the matter.
