Orders paid via manual payment (EFT) will only be processed once payment reflects and/or proof of payment has been verified.

No Returns & No Refunds

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances, except at our sole discretion in the event of a damaged or incorrect item received.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported by clear photographic evidence.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, third-party service providers, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the courier.
